- Boil up noodles- don’t use the soup satchel the noodles came with. Scoop out noodles into a bowl. Cut up Choi Sum, capsicum, carrots, onion. Blanch the Choi Sum, arrange on noodles.Blanch Bean sprouts, arrange on noodles.Arrange other vegetables on noodles. Add about a teaspoon of Oyster sauce.Fry an egg and place on top.Noodles are about 400kj per 100g.Oyster sauce is a better flavour source than the soup satchel.
