- Ramen noodles
- Ramen stock
- Crumbed chicken fillet
- Soft boiled egg
Method
- Heat up stock in microwave or stovetop, air fry crumbed chicken 10 mins at 180 degrees, soft boil egg 7 mins, when all is almost ready boil noodles for 4 mins.Slice chicken when cooked and peel and cut eggs in half.Assemble by placing noodles in bowl followed by stock, place chicken across the top along with sliced egg
