Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thigns
- 2 bunches Bok choy
- 2 l Chicken stock
- Half jar Laksa paste
- 1 can Coconut cream
Method
- Dice chicken and bok choy.
- Heat oil in a pan on high heat and add laksa paste and cook until fragrant. Add chicken stock and bring to the boil. Cook until chicken is cooked through about 20 mins.
- Add coconut cream and bok choy. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy
