Ingredients
- ABC Sweet Soy Ketchup Manis Sauce, amt to your desired taste
- 500g diced chicken
- Fresh green beans as much as you'd like
- Capsicums, red, orange, yellow 1 of each
- Sirachi sauce, depending on how spicy and hot you'd like it, can leave out
- Add any veggies that you can stir-fry, if you want it to go further
- Hokkien Noodles x 2 packets (4 individual packets) Wokka
Method
- Heat a frypan or wok with a little oil.Cook diced chicken and drizzle sirachi sauce to your desired taste.
- Cut capsicums into stips and beans into 5 cm lengthsAdd to chicken and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add to chicken and stir-fry for a few minutes.Boil water and separate Hokkien noodles, drain water and add noodles to frypan or wok, heat through.
- Add you ABC sweet soy sauce, I recommend you add it slowly as you may desire more of the flavour, which can be added.
