Ingredients
- soft tofu
- potato starch
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- blended sesame oil
- cooking sake
- canola oil
Method
- cover tofu in potato starch
- to make sauce mix cooking sake, soy sauce, blended sesame oil and brown sugar
- in a small saucepan heat 2 tbs of canola olive
- fry the tofu in the pan 5min
- pore the sauce on the tofu and serve
