Ingredients
- 1 pack Hakubaku ramen noodles
- 1 carrot, some greens and baby tomato
- 200g tofu
- 2 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and i teaspoon ofcsesame, all to personal taste
Method
- Cook noodles according the instructions on packet.
- To make the sauce, combine oil, sesame oil, sugar, soya sauce
- Heat in pan one tablespoon of oil n cook carrot. Add tofu n greens and lightly toss.When cooked, add to noodles, top with sesame and shallot (if desired).
