
Ingredients
- Chicken Wing Nibbles (700g)
- Squid Brand Premium Fish Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Obento Mirin Seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Chinese cooking wine - 2 tablespoons
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoons on a saucer
Method
- Put all the chicken wing nibbles into a plastic bag
- Pour 2 tablespoons of Squid Brand Premium Fish Sauce into the plastic bag
- Pour 2 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine into the plastic bag
- Pour 2 tablespoons of Obento Mirin Seasoning into the plastic bag
- Gently massage the wing nibbles (through the plastic bag) which helps to ensure all the seasonings are well mixed
- Marinate for at least 1 hour
- Before cooking, brush the wing nibbles with thin layer of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- Air fry the wing nibbles for 15 minutes. Flip the nibbles once halfway.
