
Ingredients
- 500g chicken (boneless, cubed)1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, capsicum)1 onion (chopped)2 tomatoes (pureed)1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chili powder1 tsp coriander powder2 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce1/2 cup yogurt (optional)1 cup water or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp oilSalt to tasteFresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
- Mix in tomato puree, turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates.
- Add vegetables and ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, mixing well.
- Pour in yogurt (if using) and water/broth. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
