- 2 cups BBQ chicken. diced
- 1 can TCC Coconut MILk
- 1 tbs Valcom Yellow Curry Paste
- 1 cup each of chopped or sliced zucchini, carrots, cabbage, sweet potato or pumpkin, portobello mushrooms,
- 2tbs Squid Fish Sauce
- Handfull of Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- Stir fry yellow curry paste in coconut milk and ¾ can water, until fragrant.
- Add veges. Allow to soften
- Add chicken and noodles. Simmer until noodle soften.
