- Chicken, gold sweet potato, fresh coriander, avocado, salad greens, fish sauce, lemon and red capsicum.
- Fry chicken and boil sweet potato (until just soft) drain.Cut salad greens, and capsicum place in bowl. Cut lemon and use juice to mix with half the avocado and fish sauce (to desired Thai taste) Place cooled chicken and sweet potato in salad greens and toss lightly. Add avo paste to top of salad - enjoy!
