Ingredients
- Thin rice noodles
- 500 gm
- Boil for 7 minutes and drain
- Sun dried tomatoes, marinated with rice wine vinegar and Squid fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds and toasted sunflower seeds
Method
- Boil the thin rice noodles and drain them.
- Marinate the sun-dried tomatoes, toasted sesame seeds and sunflower seeds with the rice wine vinegar and fish sauce.
- Combine with the noodles and enjoy.
