Ingredients
- Pork loin 600g
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt pinch
- Garlic powder 1tspn
- Obento sushi seasoning 3 tablespoons
- Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
- 6 medium potatoes peeled
Method
- Trim pork loin. Make marinade by adding 3 tablespoons of obento sushi seasoning, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil , 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Stir together well then rub using gloves all over the pork loin. Marinate in the fridge for 30mins. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, place in a bag, add olive oil, salt and pepper. Shake and place on a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 30 to 45mins until golden brown at the same time as the pork loin.
- Cook marinated Pork loin in the oven for on 180 degrees for approx 20- 30mins depending on size of pork loin. Or Internal temp is between 65C and 70c. Rest for 5 minutes under foil and slice evenly.
