Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken breast
- 50 grams soy sauce
- 25 grams mirin
- 3 gloves garlic diced
- 1 bird eye chili
- 20 grams sesame oil
Method
- slice the chicken breast to the size desired, dice garlic and chili, put everything in a tray , add 50 grams soy sauce, 25 grams mirin , 20 grams sesame oil and mix well in the tray, seal it put in the fridge over night
- place the chicken on baking tray and use 200°c heat in the oven, cook it for 20 minutes or until it's cook(depends on the thickness of chicken slices)
