- 20 Raw peeled Prawns, teriyaki sauce. salad: 1/4 iceberg lettuce , cabbage, 1/2 small red capsicum, pickled ginger or onion, 1 small Lebanese cucumber, 1 carrot. dressing : 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 lime juiced. Pinch of garlic powder, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli, 1 tbsp filtered water
- Prepare and bottle dressing mixture. Sauté prawns until golden . Drizzle 1 tbsp obento teriyaki marinade over prawns and remove from heat. Finely shred or slice salad ingredients and put in large bowl. Add prawn mixture to salad and toss. Serve in bowls. Pour some dressing to taste over salad upon serving. Serves 2. Any leftover Bottled dressing can be kept in fridge for several days.
