Ingredients
- 200g baby spinach leaves. 100g rocket. 2 sweet potatoes. Sesame oil. 150 g Danish Fetta. 100g nuts (pine, macadamia or pecan). Bottle Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese dressing
Method
- 1. Layer spinach and rocket leaves on serving dish. 2. Toss cubed sweet potato in sesame oil and roast in med oven until soft 3. Toss nuts in pan until lightly toasted.
- 4. Arrange cooked sweet potato cubes over salad leaves.5. Sprinkle evenly with cubed fetta and roasted nuts.
- 6. Serve with generous drizzle of Roasted Sesame Japanese dressing.
