Ingredients
- 200g baby spinach leaves.
- 100g rocket
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 150 g Danish Fetta
- 100g nuts (pine, macadamia or pecan)
- Sesame oil
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese dressing
Method
- Layer washed spinach and rocket leaves over serving dish.
- Toss cubed sweet potato in sesame oil and roast in med oven until soft
- Toss roughly chopped nuts in pan until lightly toasted.
- Arrange cooked sweet potato cubes over salad leaves
- Sprinkle evenly with cubed Fetta and roasted nuts.
- Serve with generous drizzle of Roasted Sesame Japanese dressing
