Ingredients
- 1x can of plain water tuna (I prefer the Safcol brand, easier draining)
- Kewpie low-fat Japanese mayo
- 1/3 or 1/4 piece of Sauer Turkish bread (slice in half to make sandwich halves)
- Avocado (enough to cover one half of your bread)
- Salt
- Chilli powder
Method
- 1. spread avocado across one slice of turkish bread. Season with salt and chilli powder, to taste
- 2. Drain tuna in bowl, add 2x 50cent size of Kewpie low-fat fat mayo (or more depending on your preference) and mash the tuna and mayo together. Spread the tuna mayo mix on the other slice of Turkish bread
- 3. Combine both slices of Turkish bread together (to form a sandwich and place in a sandwich press to get your toastie. Turkish bread takes longer to toast, approx 3-5 minutes depending on your appliance
