Ingredients
- 1 whole corn fed chicken
- 1 cucumber, Julienne
- 1 carrot, Julienne
- 1 small beetroot, Julienne
- 1 Capsicum, Julienne
- 1 cos lettuce, Julienne
- 1 small onion, Julienne
- 3 spring onion, Julienne
- 2 spring onion, cut into half
- 1/2 yam bean, Julienne
- 5 pieces of ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- handful of peanuts, crush it
- 5 tablespoons of Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
Method
- Put in a pot of water, add in garlic, ginger and spring onion. Once boil put in your chicken, covered and cook for 25 mins.
- Take out the chicken and apply some sesame oil on the skin and let it rest and cool down.
- Cut the vegetables into Julienne and arrange it in a plate
- Cut and slides the chicken, remove the bones and put it on top of the plate vegetables
- Add peanut on top and pour over the Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Mix all together and enjoy!
