- 1. Heat a wok over high heat, lightly spray with oil. Stir fry prawns 2-3mins until tails curl and change colour. Transfer to bowl.2. Add Valcom red curry paste to wok and cook for 1 min. Stir in coconut milk until combined. Bring to boil and then add vegetables and cook, stirring for 5-6mins until heated through. Add prawns to stir fry to combine3. Follow rice pkt instructions to cook.Serve curry with rice (I double the amount for visitors )Simple, Sensational and a great hit with the family.
