Ingredients
- Brown rice
- Obento Yaki Nori
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- Lee Kum Kee Gluten-Free soy sauce
- (Optional) Wasabi
- Obento sushi seasoning
Method
- Make a cup of brown rice, once done, add two tablespoon of sushi seasoning and cool with wet hand towel over the bowl
- Slice cucumber and remove the inner seedy area. Then slice futher longitudinally along the cucumber.
- Slice avocado into long strips.
- Now get a sushi rolling mat, put a sheet of nori, then seasoned rice, then put the avo and cucumber along it.
- Roll it then cut into small bits..
