Ingredients
- 1x large can tuna in spring water (drained)
 - 1x avocado
 - 1x packet Obento yaki nori for sushi
 - 2 cup Obento sushi rice
 - 5 tsp Obento sushi & sashimi soy sauce
 - 5 tsp Kewpie mayo
 
Method
- Cook rice using a rice cooker
 - Combine tuna, a dash of soy sauce and kewpie mayo in a medium bowl
 - Cut avocado into slices
 - On an Obento bamboo sushi mat, place a sheet of seaweed and add a thin layer of sushi rice (cooled) before layering with tuna mixture and avocado before rolling. Repeat.
 - Cut roll into pieces and finish with a bowl of Obento soy sauce for serving. Enjoy!
