Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 sheets of nori
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker.
- Slice avocado lengthways.
- Place a thin layer of rice on edge of nori sheet.
- Place avocado on top of rice.
- Carefully roll nori sheet into cylinder.
- Cut sushi roll into 2cm pieces.
- Repeat steps 3-6 with remaining rice and nori.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
