Ingredients
- Obento Yaka Nori for sushi
- Obento sushi seasoning
- S&B wasabi
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- Obento Ponzu sauce
- KEWPIE mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Sushi rice
Method
- Cook 1 cup sushi rice & add 3tbs of Obento sushi seasoning. Let cool
- Take 2 sheets of obento Yaka Nori for sushi and place shiny side down on bamboo rolling mat.
- Spread cooled sushi rice over sheet leaving 2cm at far end of sheet free from rice.
- Put a line of Kewpie mayonnaise over rice, then place strips of avocado over mayonnaise.
- Lift bamboo mart closest to you & roll sheet tightly. Just before reaching end of the sheet, wet exposed strip with a little water & apply gentle pressure to join edges of Yaka Nori.
- Slice roll into mini pieces with sharp knife.
- Serve with S&B wasabi paste and Lee Kum Kee soy sauce or Obento Ponzu sauce for something special.
