Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2-4 strips of bacon
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks of spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayo
- Rice
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Method
- Render bacon in pan
- Once bacon has crisp up, add cooking oil along with onions, spring onions and garlic. Fry till fragrant.
- Mix rice with Kewpie Mayo and then add to pan.
- When rice is a little dry, push it to one side. Beat eggs and add to pan.
- Scramble eggs and toss together with other items in pan.
- Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
