Ingredients
- 1 - 2 kg Pork shoulder slow cooked for 8hrs
- Chinese seasoning rub on pork before cooking
- Salad of choice
- Kewpie to taste
- Fresh rolls or Turkish bread
Method
- Cut crackle off pork then Rub Chinese seasoning over pork. Set crackle aside
- Put pork in fridge overnight, scour crackle and let dry in fridge overnight
- Put pork in slow cooker 8hrs low.
- When pork is ready let rest whilst you cover pork crackle with salt and put in air fryer for 20 mins
- Cut rolls in half, fill with salad, pork and crackle then top with lots of kewpie in original and siracha Delicious!
