- 2 wedges of Cabbage 2 T Soya Sauce1 T Sesame Oil1 T Olive OilPinch Cracked Black Pepper
- Wash & cut cabbage into 3cm wedges retaining some of the core to hold the leaves together.Place cabbage wedges into an oven proof dish.Mix together remaining ingredients.Pour across wedges.Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees until the cabbage is golden and crispy on the edges, about ten minutes.Serve with rice.
