Ingredients
- 1 bag Hakubaku Organic Soba
- 1 bag frozen Cauliflower rice
- 200gr halloumi
- Kewpie Roasted sesame sauce for soba dressing
- Sardines in olive oil, sustainably sourced
- Black sesame seeds
- 1 tb spoon of pure ghee for cauli
Method
- Cook soba by instructions - 4 min
- Cut halloumi to 1x1cm pieces
- Let ghee melt and lightly cook cauliflower rice & halloumi till some pieces of cheese are lightly golden.
- Serve with Kewpie roasted sesame sauce and black sesame seeds
