Ingredients
- Basmati rice
- Pork mince 350grams
- 1 onion sliced
- 300 grams cut beans
- 1/2 zucchini diced
- 1/3 red capsicum sliced
Method
- Prepare the rice
- Add onion, zucchini, capsicum & beans to a heated oiled pot
- Sauté till golden brown
- Add pork mince
- Cook for a further 5 minutes
- Add the Volcom Thai basil chilli sauce & stir through
- Serve over perfectly cooked Basmati riceEnjoy with your family
