Ingredients
- Pork strips
- Lee kum kee char siu sauce
- Corriander
- Grated carrot
- Lebanese cucumber
- Mr chens bao buns
- Crushed peanuts
- Fried shallots
- Peanut sauce
Method
- Marinade pork overnight or 4hrs. Bake at 180 degrees for 20mins. Set aside. Whilst this is cooking prep fresh ingredients and put bao buns in steamer for 10mins.
- Julienne cucumber and carrot. Set fresh coriander leaves aside, picking from stems.
- Once bao buns are cooked, layer with cucumber, carrot, bbq pork, peanut sauce, fried shallots, peanuts, and fresh cucumber. Ready to serve.
