Ingredients
- 500 gr Chuck beef
- 3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup Japanese jasmine rice
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Water
- 1 cube beef stock
Method
- Simmer the beef with water for 10 min ,Strain the beef from the water ,Stir-fry the beef with olive oil for 10 min , later add chopped onions , chopped potatoes , chopped carrots, cover with water and leave it in a medium heat to boil for another 15-20 min depending when the vegetables and meat are soft .Add 1 pack GOLDEN CURRY and stir until mix .
- On a strainer put 1 cup Japanese jasmine rise and wash it until the water is clear . Later add it in a small casserole with 3 cups water and 1 cube beef stock on low heat and stir until rice is ready
