Ingredients
- Beef* 2 beef fillet
- Noodles* 2 large zucchini , spiralized* 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced* 1 tbsp of garlic * Sesame seed oil for frying
- Miso Marinade* 1/4 cup obento mirin seasoning sauce* 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce* 2 tbsp brown sugar* 2 tbsp white miso paste* 3 tbsp of water
- Garnish White Sesame seedsChopped (2) Spring onion shoots
Method
- Prepare 2 large zucchini , spiralized and 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced set to the side.
- Place 1/4 cup obento mirin seasoning sauce, 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp white miso paste, 3 tbsp of water into a saucepan and cook for around 5 minutes.
- Cook beef fillets in a frying pan and cook each side 1 to 2 minutes.( I like mine rare) place to the side to rest
- In a wok add Sesame seed oil for frying and bring heat up high add 1 tbsp of garlic. Then add spiralized zucchini and red bell pepper. Cook for around 1 minute.
- Place zucchini and peppers on the plate. Thinly slice the beef fillets and add to the top noodles. Garnish with see spring onion and sesame seeds. Drizzle Miso Marinade over the meat and noodles and serve.
