Ingredients

- Coconut milk 400 ml
- Eggplant 150 g
- Palm sugar 20 g
- Fish sauce 20 ml
Method
- Stir fry green curry with a half of coconut milk
- Put a beef and cooked for 7 minutes then put a eggplant
- Put palm sugar and fish sauce
- Cooking for 7 minutes till the beef and eggplant cooked And ready to serve
