Ingredients
- 250g steak
- 1tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 500ml beef stock
- 2cm piece ginger, grated
- Pinch cinnamon, pepper
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 pkt Hakubaku organic udon
Method
- Heat butter in heavy fry pan then lightly fry off crushed garlic and rosemary. Add steak and cook 2min, turn and cook on other side. Spoon over garlic rosemary butter to keep it moist. Add ginger, cinnamon and pepper.
- Warm the stock in a pan.
- Cook Hakubaku udon as per packet instructions.
- Slice steak into strips. Pour stock into a serving dish. Add cooked noodles and add steak strips. Decorate with spring onions. Enjoy.
