Ingredients
- 500g Beef mince
- 175g pasta sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh basil
- Fresh oregano
- 1 tsp celtic salt
- 2 zuchini, grated
- 1 packet sweet potato noodles
Method
- Cook mince with garlic in olive oil, add salt.
- Add zuchini and continue to cook
- Add pasta sauce and finsh cooking
- Separately cook sweet potato noodles as per instructions
