Beef Ramen

Ingredients

Organic udon noodles
Beef stock
Beef
Egg
Chinese broccoli
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Seaweed

Method

Cook noodles in stock
Separate pan, cook beef in oyster sauce and soy. Add Chinese broccoli
Boil eggs and cut in half
Combine with cooked and enjoy! Use the stock as broth for noodles
