
Ingredients
- 150 gms beef strips
- 1tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 carrots, julienne, softened
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki marinade & ¼ cup cornflour
- Herbs, salt & pepper
- Noodles to serve
Method
- Cut 150 gms beef into strips, marinade in Teriyaki sauce & cornflour
- Julienne carrots & soften in microwave
- Pan fry beef into 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add carrot, then broccoli, then cashews
- Cook 2 minute noodles, strain & serve meat mixture on top
