Beef teriyaki stir fry

Ingredients

• 1 Onion
• 1 table spoon of garlic
• Packet Birds Eye stir fry vegetables
• 500g Beef stir fry
• 1 bottle Lee Kum kee teriyaki stir fry sauce
• 1 packet of microwave rice

Method

1. Cook onion and garlic
2. Add beef stir fry, frozen vegetables and teriyaki sauce
3. Mix together and put lid on the pan. Continue to check and monitor when completed
4. Put microwave rice in for recommended mins
