Method
- Marinate beef belly in Kecap manis, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, soy sauce
- Fry in sesame oil shallow fry in portions.
- Cook rice in rice cooker, or day old rice.
- Add the cooked beef to the rice and add touch more of Kecap manis as desired. Add fried egg is desired
