- Chicken schnitzel
- Curry Paste
- Cook schnitzel to crispy and cut in strips.
- Cut potatoes and carrot into even cubes. Fry in a pan. Put rice on to cook.
- Add 500ml water to pan and add Curry Paste. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and allow to simmer till potatoes and carrots are soft.
- On a bed of rice, place schnitzel in bowl. Spoon over curry mixture.
- Eat and eat and if you are lucky to have “leftovers”, ask for more. Eat and enjoy!
