Ingredients
- 200 gr vermicelli noodles
- 6tbs vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 shallots - chopped
- 1 bunch spring onion - chopped
- 10 fish balls - cut in halves
- 3 eggs - scrambled
- salt, pepper and chicken stock to taste
- 6tbs ABC kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
Method
- In a large bowl, soak vermicelli rice noodles in hot boiling water for 1-2 minutes max until noodles are loosened, limp and slightly softened. Strain the noodles and rinse under cold water to remove excess water.
- Pour oil and scramble eggs then put aside
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Toss in garlic, onions, shallot and green onions and fry for 20 seconds or until fragrant. Mix in chopped fish balls
- Toss in the noodles and mix in with sauce. Add eggs into noodles
