Ingredients
- 1 Kg Boneless Chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- Black Pepper Sauce - 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce2 Tablespoons Soy sauce1/2 Tablespoons course Black Pepper1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic2 tablespoons honey1 1/2 tablespoons of Ketchup
Method
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.Add oil to hot wok and place chicken and brown in 2 batches, 2 -3 mins each side until golden brown.
- Mix pepper, garlic, oyster sauce, soy, honey and ketchup in a jug. Turn up heat and add butter to wok, pour in sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add chicken back in and cook on med to high heat for 5 mins , toss to coat thoroughly with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with rice.
