Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Black pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 400g tofu
- Head of broccoli
- 270g Hakubaku ramen noodles
- 100g green beans
- 100g white cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup tamari
Method
- Coat tofu in half of black pepper sauce and grill until crispy
- Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Once softened add remaining black pepper sauce and tamari. Stir through grilled tofu.
- Cook noodles in a seperate pot of boiling water and drain once al dente.
- Serve stir fried vegetables and tofu over noodles and enjoy!
