Ingredients
- 300g son pea
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
- Blanch snow pea in a pot of hot water for 5 mins or until cooked
- Layer snow pea in a flat plate (3 by 3 until all snow peas are used)
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil on the snow pea, then top it with shallot and chilli as garnish. Enjoy.
