Ingredients
- Bonito fish
- 100ml cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Method
- Marinate the fish with the salt and pepper for 30 -40 minute.
- Heat the oil then fry the fish until browned.Remove and drain.
- Fried Fish is ready to serve with sambal ABC
