Ingredients
- 500g king green prawns
- 250g bamboo shoots
- 250g broccoli
- 470g button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Salt pepper and pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Method
- Shell prawns and remove vein. Cut broccoli and drain bamboo.
- Heat oil in pan or wok. Add prawns and quickly cook until pink.
- Add to pan bamboo shoots, broccoli and mushrooms. Blend cornflour flour with chicken stock, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, ginger. Bring to the boil and cook for a minute. Serve with rice
