Ingredients
- Yaki Nori for sushi (1 sheet cut in half)
- Salmon - 2 slices of 80grams each
- 50grams of cream cheese
- Chives (chopped)
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Sushi rice
Method
- 1. Prepare the nori sheets:Cut the nori sheets in half.
- 2. Add the rice:Place 90 grams of rice evenly onto one side of each half-sheet.
- 3. Sprinkle sesame seeds:Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over the rice.
- 4. Flip the sheet:Turn the nori sheet over so the rice side is facing down.
- 5. Add the filling:Spread a layer of cream cheese on the nori.Place 80 grams of salmon on top of the cream cheese.Sprinkle chopped chives over the salmon.
- 6. Roll it up:Carefully roll the nori sheet into a tight roll to close it.
