- Half a cup of black chia seeds400 ml coconut cream 2 tablespoons date syrup Half a cup of water 2 cups of freshly washed and cut fruit in season ( I used peaches and blueberries. Strawberries work well too!)
- Combine chia seeds , coconut cream, date syrup and water in a bowl. Whisk together for 3 minutes, so well combined.Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight or 6 hours .Scoop serves of pudding into glass bowls and top with freshly cut fruit .
