Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup light milk
- 200g smoked salmon slices
- Kewpie
Method
- Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl.
- Heat pan over med-high heat and melt butter to coat.
- Pour in egg mixture and stir regularly to scramble.
- Place on place with smoked salmon slices and add Kewpie on eggs
