Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 500g chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 400g broccoli cut into small bite size pieces
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp teriyaki stir fry sauce
- 1 tbsp kewpie
Method
- Steam broccoli in microwave, 3 minutes on high. Drain well.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, then stir for 10 seconds until the garlic starts to go golden.
- Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and the remaining ingredients.
- Stir for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Serve with kewpie.
