Ingredients
- Noodles
- 100 gr broccoli
- 50 gr capsicum
- 100 gr carrot
- 200 gr chicken breast
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Sesame oil 1 tbs
Method
- Cut vegetables (capsicum, carrot, broccoli) and stir fry in a frying pan with a touch of olive oil for 5 min.
- Cut chicken breast in small pieces and fry in a separate frying pan until cooked (3-5 min)
- Boil noodles for 4 min, drain
- Mix all ingredients together in one pan, add soy sauce and sesame oil.
